 80 real estate objects seized in 2021-2022 were handed over to the Asset Management and Tracing Agency (ARMA)
At the beginning of June, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv decided to hand over 80 real estate objects seized in 2021-2022 as part of criminal proceedings regarding the theft of trade union property to the Asset Management and Tracing Agency (ARMA). This was reported by the press service of the SBI. The complete list of objects is published in the court register
Among them are the Kyiv "Tourist" hotel near the Livoberezhna metro station and the "Druzhba" hotel near Lybidska.
ARMA also took over the management of the sanatoriums "Zhovten" in Koncha-Zaspa, "Kuyalnik" in Odesa, "Morshinsky" in the Lviv region and "Polyana" in Zakarpattia, several sports complexes, in particular the building where the Kyiv Sport Club is located, and other property 02-08-2022, 09:27
